Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon
Due to practice expansion we are looking for a motivated enthusiastic vet to come and join our friendly 7 vet team.
Your time will be split between our busy hospital and one of our branch surgeries. We are very close to Cambridge, the M11 for quick access to London and Stansted Airport.
We are an independent practice and we cover our own OOH with a dedicated night nurse team. Brilliant support staff, cases worked up to a high standard, case continuity, and specialisation encouraged.
CPD funded and encouraged, as well as certificates.
Accommodation is available if required.
Experienced vet preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply. We are ideally looking for some to start April/May.
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00 to £45,000.00 /year depending on experience

Veterinary Receptionist – Part Time
We are recruiting across our branches and are looking for a professional and welcoming Veterinary Receptionist who is capable of providing high standards of customer service. This is a crucial and varied role requiring good communication and organisational skills.
The hours are varied but we do require flexibility to work across all of our branches in Saffron Walden, Stansted, Great Dunmow and our new surgery in Bocking.
Previous administrator and receptionist experience is required, with veterinary experience desirable.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
Answering the telephone and greeting clients.
Scheduling appointments efficiently.
Sales and taking payments.
Registering clients and maintaining computerised records.
Merchandising and up-keeping the presentation of public areas.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills – to empathise and care for our clients and their pets, and to accurately pass on information.
Computer literate – the ability to learn our computerised record system quickly.
Organisational skills – maintain high standards of customer care and accurate administration under pressure.
Attention to detail – to maintain records accurately and follow practice protocols.
Team player – to support our friendly team in our mission to provide high standards of animal healthcare and customer service.
